The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Handle and process customer orders.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate with the team to manage contracts.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the company database.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Support in the management of the desk.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Part-time Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of administrative tasks within the Construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of standard office software packages.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to commute to Preston.
