Job Title: Sales Representative

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (OTE up to £35,000+)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic individual to join a thriving Sales Team!
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, or individuals with previous Sales experience, who are eager to make an impact and grow their career within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored sales solutions to meet their requirements
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product knowledge and insight to help clients make informed decisions
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize the sales process
- Continuously develop your sales skills and stay ahead of industry trends
Experience, Skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Recent graduates, or individuals with prior Sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
