We are currently looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in the medical industry. This full-time position is based in Cranleigh and offers a competitive salary. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the reception area and greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, surgeries, and meetings.
  • Handle patient inquiries in person, online, and via telephone, providing helpful information and support.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
