**IT Support Required** - St Albans
Bennett and Game are currently working with a company based in St Albans currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team.
This role requires a strong background in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with system maintenance. The ideal candidate will also be eager and willing to upskill in the areas of Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their technical expertise and contribute to our data management processes.
**IT Support
Position Overview
- Provide first-level support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Work with our managed service providers to ensure optimal support and escalations.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for employees.
- Network and Security:
- Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying potential issues and raising with our managed service provider.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
- ETL (Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading):
- Willingness to undergo training and upskill in ETL processes and tools.
- Learn and assist in data extraction from various sources.
- Support the transformation of raw data into usable formats for analysis and reporting.
- Help in the loading of transformed data into databases or data warehouses.
- Participate in data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Position Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
- IT support who can work with local users on hardware and software issues
- Office 365 Admin, server Admin
- Windows and Mac experience
- Experience with data, extracting and reporting
**IT Support
Position Remuneration
- Salary - 35 - 45K (Depending on experience)
- Office based
- Monday - Friday - 9:00 - 17:30
