As a Collateral Ops Analyst within the EU Regulatory Ops and Collateral Management Team, you will ensure smooth operations and compliance across our investment activities. You'll be instrumental in managing collateral agreements, overseeing daily operations, and leading innovative projects aimed at improving efficiency and maintaining excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for all collateral operations queries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
- Oversight Controls: Manage daily and weekly oversight controls, including collateral disputes, failed movements, and coupon claims.
- Process Improvement: Analyse and refine existing processes, leading initiatives to address inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Project Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert on collateral-related projects, leading workshops and ensuring thorough process documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A strong university degree in Business or Finance.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Middle Office activities, regulatory topics, or collateral management within the asset management industry.
- Skills: Robust technical and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions. Proficiency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for innovative solutions and client-first thinking. You should also be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
