The Role
As the Contact Centre Collections Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of collectors, setting and monitoring revenue targets, and ensuring the delivery of business objectives through SLAs and KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of collectors to achieve set targets and objectives
- Monitor contact centre performance and address key issues such as call abandonment and waiting times
- Implement and maintain processes to meet business requirements and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Assist with change projects and long-term recruitment planning within the department
Required knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience in contact centre management, preferably in collections or financial services
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Excellent understanding of contact centre KPIs and operational processes
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in debt recovery
- Ability to analyse data and implement improvements based on insights
