We are looking for a Administrator to join the team of an established construction company in the Birmingham area, offering an 18 month contract. This role is offering the opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company, a competitive rate and a great working environment.

Monday to Friday
Temporary FTC 18 months
Birmingham Based
£23000 - 25000k per year
The key responsibilities of this Administrator position are:
- Coordinate and implement office procedures
- Use a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office and third party products
- Create and maintain electronic/ paper document management such as photocopying etc
- Assist managing the electronic data management system for storing, controlling and distributing design information
- Prepare documents such as letters, reports and spreadsheets
- Organise meetings including management of diaries, ordering refreshments, taking minutes etc
- Handle queries from team and customers
To be successful as an Administrator, you need:
- Organisation skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Knowledge of data management
- Good system skills
