Senior Reward Manager

We are currently working with an incredibly well-respected, professional services firm near Liverpool Street, who have great reputation both within their profession and as a place to work, to find them a Senior Reward Manager. This is a permanent role, working hybrid in their London (City) offices, leading the Reward team and responsible for all of their Compensation and Benefits globally.

As the Senior Reward Manager you lead the Reward function and will be responsible for reviewing, improving, and managing all activities pertaining to reward, benefits, and HR data analytics. Working closely with the Head of HR, HRBPs, managing partners of their international offices, and other key stakeholders, you will be called upon to provide valuable insight for the firm, considering such things as current and changing relevant legislation, external best practice, and working to make sure that recommendations are commercially beneficial to the firm.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will manage a team of two, so experience of managing/mentoring members of the team is essential.

Duties will include;

  • Overseeing all elements of global reward, such as salary benchmarking, the bonus scheme, impacts of global mobility, and reporting on the gender pay gap
  • Management of the global salary review, looking at the process and finding ways to streamline it
  • Responsible for the annual renewal, benchmarking and day-to-day management of all UK and international benefits
  • Guide and advise the stakeholders to ensure that key messages are delivered and that reward decisions are consistent and fair across all areas of the firm
  • Managing a Benefits Advisor and a Reward Analyst
  • Analysing and reporting on captured data relating to salaries, bonuses, and benefits including D&I - harmonising globally
  • Overseeing the global staff and executive benefits

What they are looking for is an experienced Reward Manager with strong, strategic analytical ability and advanced Excel who is looking to step up into the lead role within an organisation who demonstrate the requisite ability and potential.

Ideal candidates will have experience gained in a partnership or professional services environments.
