Do you have significant experience leading a team providing an analytical function? Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then we want to hear from you!

We're looking for an Analysis & Reporting Manager to help the Trust achieve its objective of improving the UK's money and debt environment by devising and delivering research and insight strategies, whilst supporting our work to drive impactful change for clients. You'll champion the effective use of data throughout your day to day work and supporting colleagues working with data to drive decision making.

Technically minded, the successful candidate will have significant experience leading an analytical function, working within the Microsoft BI Stack environment. To hit the ground running, you must have demonstrable personal experience working with Microsoft BI stack applications and technologies (Power BI/Azure/Dataverse/SQL), as well as automating reporting, data validation and workflows and be an expert in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

You'll be independent, able to manage your own workload and confident supporting colleagues with using data to support performance management and strategic decision making. Ideally, you'll have experience of designing and managing projects across multiple departments with multiple stakeholders.

Further to this we're looking for the ability to understand, synthesise and clearly present information, both orally and in writing and you will be able to absorb complex information and analyse problems and obstacles to identify solutions.

For the right candidate there may be the opportunity to visit the office less often or to work predominantly from home with occasional trips to the office.

We reserve the right to close the role early should we receive high numbers of applications. To avoid disapointment, please apply as soon as possible.

In return it is an extremely rewarding role in a friendly, informal, and supportive environment with excellent salary and benefits.
