- The Project Building Surveyor role in the Programme & Project Management Section is responsible for a portfolio of projects within the Capital Projects team.
- Acting as an intelligent client & fulfilling the key duties of Building Surveyor, Project Manager and Contract Administrator under the chosen form of contract.
- This involves taking sole responsibility at all times for making major decisions or changes affecting the successful project outcome.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
