Job Title: Head of Residential Conveyancing
Salary: DOE. Circa £45,000 - £60,000
Location: Wiltshire, Office location to be discussed (which one is most convenient for you)
Hours: Full time.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Leading and overseeing a team of 20+ staff, outlining expectations and goals.
- Improve and evaluate performance but implementing change when needed to continue the growth of the team and firm ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Hiring, and training new and existing staff members as well as evaluating performance.
- Networking and business development.
Experience Required:
- Solid background within Residential Property Conveyancing department.
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong networking.
- Able to lead and manage a team, giving direction when required and have the ability to make tough decisions.
- Experienced leading or mentoring a large team.
- Personable and friendly with a positive approach, keeping team spirits high.
- Full Drivers licence and car. You may be required to travel between offices.
