Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Managing the process of preparation and submission of UK statutory accounts and management accounts across different entities.
- Lead financial strategy planning and budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Responsible for key elements of the monthly, quarterly and year end Group close/consolidation process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- ACA/ACCA
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial finance role within the technology & telecoms industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
