** MERCHANDISER / PRODUCT REPRESENTATIVE **
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Merchandiser / Product Representative with a leading name in the construction and building materials industry. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong customer engagement skills, looking to be part of a growing team that supports high-quality, large-scale building products.

Schedule: Mon-Fri. Flexibility required for occasional weekend events, with compensatory time off for weekend work.
Role:
As a Merchandiser / Product Representative, you'll play a vital role in:
- Promoting our range of construction products at events
- Engaging with customers
- Ensuring our products are effectively represented
- Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to maintain professional displays
- Responding to product inquiries
- Managing logistical needs for transporting products
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Event Representation: Serve as the face of the company at industry events, engaging customers and providing information on our products and services.
- Merchandising: Manage product displays, set up point-of-sale materials, and ensure displays are fully stocked and presentable.
- Customer Interaction: Build relationships with customers, responding to questions, providing product information, and supporting their needs.
- Logistics and Transport: Safely transport products to event sites using the company-provided van, designed to accommodate large items without damage.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -

Location: Reside within the UK, ideally situated near/surrounding Oxford, with the flexibility to travel as required for events.

Experience: Have experience in a merchandising, sales, or customer service role, preferably within the construction or building materials sectors.

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

A valid UK driving licence is required.

Flexibility for weekend work at key events with time off in lieu.
