Yolk are working with a forward-thinking Conveyancing firm who are looking for someone to manage their busy Remortgage team.
The successful applicant will be working within a fast paced and progressive environment and be a part of a small friendly team, advising on all aspects of the conveyancing process with the aid of a case management system. You will be responsible from instruction through to completion including dealing with Freehold, Leasehold and unregistered Remortgages.
The Role
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the task of delivering unparalleled client service managing your own small caseload as a fee earner while fostering the motivation and growth of your colleagues.
You will provide technical expertise and support to team members, assisting them in resolving complex conveyancing matters and act as a point of escalation for any issues or challenges that arise during the conveyancing process, offering effective solutions and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have
Demonstratable experience of working in a fast-paced high volume as a fee earner specialising in remortgage conveyancing
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
Evidence of working towards targets or KPIs
