Our client is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Fee Earner to join their esteemed team in Stockport. As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will be part of a firm that values quality and client care, ensuring that all matters are handled with precision and professionalism.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role as a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will manage the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files, from initiation to completion, unsupervised. You will be responsible for conducting matters on behalf of clients in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures, generating fee income, and ensuring proper control of time recording, billing, and cash collection. Additionally, you will participate in business development, supervise colleagues, and engage in marketing activities.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3-4 years of fee-earning work. You must be efficient, well-organised, and timely, with excellent communication skills both in writing and face-to-face. You should be in tune with the firm's mission statement and core values, and demonstrate a commitment to these principles. Proficiency in IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice is essential, including the ability to use case management systems and other standard applications.
