Legal PA - Corporate M&A Law
A US Law firm in the City of London seek an experienced Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis. The hours of the role are 9.30-5.30, working 4 days per week in the office.
This role works within Corporate M&A Law, supporting Partners with the below duties;
- Diary and inbox management
- Global travel booking
- Processing expenses
- Billing
- Production of client correspondence
- Organise client lunches/entertainment/BD events
- Amend documents
- Carry out research when necessary
This role requires a confident, diligent and forward thinking PA who has experience of supporting busy Partners. You'll need to have proven experience of being able to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
