A HR Business Partner to:

  • Manage the full employee lifecyle alongside a HR Team, including recruitment, complex employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and change management, as well as other areas
  • Partner with your client group to provide advise and guidance to managers
  • Work collaboratively to achieve key objectives
  • Manage HR projects
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of the HR function

Profile

A HR Business Partner with:

  • Previous experience in a not-for-profit organisation essential
