A HR Business Partner to:
- Manage the full employee lifecyle alongside a HR Team, including recruitment, complex employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and change management, as well as other areas
- Partner with your client group to provide advise and guidance to managers
- Work collaboratively to achieve key objectives
- Manage HR projects
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvements of the HR function

Profile
A HR Business Partner with:
- Previous experience in a not-for-profit organisation essential
- Previous experience of managing the full employee lifecycle
