If either of these apply to you, an 'outstanding' school in West Berkshire have an KS3 Teacher position available for a qualified teacher to join their team. The school provide high quality education to two KS3 students and are looking for a teacher to continue supporting them and delivering a specialised curriculum.

As a KS3 Teacher, you will have the support of teaching/student assistants and on sit professionals. The day to day of the role will include creating a safe learning environment and positive, engaging lesson plans for both students. Each student has varying individual needs and learning styles, meaning you will need to create tailored lesson plans and modified tasks as needed.

The role includes assessing students' individual progress, identify areas of improvement and adapt as necessary. As a KS3 Teacher, you will play a crucial part in building the students' life skills and independence. The school are a rewarding community to be a part of due to their guaranteed supportive and encouraging environment. The school are looking for an KS3 Teacher who possesses QTS and experience teaching young people. Past experience working with students with additional needs would be desirable but NOT essential.
