**Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Camera Operator / Broadcast Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of camera equipment to capture high-quality footage for television, film, live events, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities:

Camera Operation:

Operate cameras during shoots to capture required footage, ensuring high-quality images.

Adjust camera settings such as focus, exposure, and aperture to achieve the desired shot.

Collaborate with the director and other crew members to understand the visual style and shot requirements.

Pre-Production:

Participate in location scouts and pre-production meetings to plan shots and understand the project requirements.

Assist in setting up and testing camera equipment before shoots.

Production:

Follow shooting schedules and ensure all shots are captured according to the director's vision.

Operate camera cranes, dollies, Steadicams, and other camera support equipment as required.

Ensure all camera equipment is handled safely and maintained properly during shoots.

Post-Production:

Work with the post-production team to review footage and ensure it meets quality standards.

Provide input on shot selection and contribute to the overall visual storytelling.

Technical Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on camera equipment and report any technical issues.

**Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Camera Operator in film, television, or digital media production.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating a variety of camera equipment, including DSLRs, cinema cameras, and broadcast cameras.

Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, and composition.

Familiarity with camera support equipment such as tripods, dollies, jibs, and gimbals.
