What you'll be doing....

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties and general operational support for our senior leadership team.

You will be providing exceptional administrative and clerical support. Quality assurance of client records on our case management system. You will be conducting data analysis, report generation, and maintaining registers. You will be managing internal/external data reconciliation and updates. In addition you will ensure adherence to key performance indicators and contractual obligations. Finally, you will have reception duties - answering calls, greeting visitors, and ad hoc admin duties.

What you need to offer....

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative/assistant role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
  • Comfortable handling confidential data and information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
