Overview:
Working for a national, market leading, training provider you will provide customer service and administrative support to clients, students and colleagues.
A typical week:
- Respond to client & student queries
- Maintain student & client records
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Sign up new apprentices & employers
You'll need the following for this role:
- Administration or office based customer service experience
- Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work at pace & towards deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Education, accountancy or related sector experience (advantageous)
