Location: North West London
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator - Glazing Systems will involve:
- Estimator position producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of architectural glazing systems such as: curtain walling, fire rated glazing & structural glazing
- Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
- Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
- Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
- Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
- Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
- Preparing handover documents for the contracts department, once a project has been secured
- Attending pre & post tender meetings as and when required (predominantly within M25)
- Estimating for tender packages in value of circa £10m
- Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Glazing Systems experience with:
- Must have 3+ years estimating experience within the facades market sector
- Ideally have a strong background dealing with architectural glazing, curtain walling, fire rated glazing & structural glazing
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ideally experienced on LogiKal or Schucal software
- Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
