Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with an established, mid-sized accountancy firm in their search for a Tax Compliance Manager.
The Role
As a Tax Compliance Manager a typical day could include:
- Management of a portfolio of clients and various business entities.
- Supervisory responsibility for other members of the tax team.
- Preparing and submitting self-assessment tax returns, capital gains tax returns and P11Ds.
- Discussing tax liabilities with clients and assisting them where applicable.
- Assisting management and partners with advisory work.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities with clients and assisting managers/partners in this regard.

The Requirements and Process
To qualify for this role as a Tax Compliance Manager, you should:
- Be fully qualified/studying ATT or have relevant experience dealing with personal tax matters.
- Be confident working with technology.
- Be comfortable supervising staff/reviewing work.
- Be a confident communicator.
- Have strong client management skills.
