Property/Lettings Administrator
Salary: £25k + company benefits
Location: Hove
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 - 18.00pm and Sat 9am - 16.00pm (2 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu).
You must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.

You will ideally have a proven property or lettings background, confident communicator and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients that come into the office.
- Inputting applicants onto the system.
- Diary management - booking in viewings, valuations and market appraisals.
- Updating social media portals.
- Putting on new properties to online portals and drawing up window cards.
- Updating tenants' lettings files.
- Assisting the Lettings team with administrative support.
- Dealing with incoming calls and taking messages.
- Ensuring emails and correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner.
- Conducting viewings when needed.
- Updating the CRM system.
- Assisting in compliance checks and booking in gas safety, EPC's etc.
- Ordering stationary and other office supplies.
- Other ad hoc duties as require
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Ideally a background within lettings or estate agency.
- Full UK licence and own transport.
- Great IT skills including Word, Excel, using CRM systems and social media.
- String administrative background and diary management.
- Confident, personable and has a genuine passion fort the property industry.
- Strong team player, driven and proactive.
