As a Help Desk/Contract Support professional, you will play a crucial role in providing a comprehensive financial and administrative service. Your primary focus will be on understanding and anticipating customer needs, both internal and external, while building effective relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in similar roles / administrative roles
Previous experience of a customer-facing role
Some financial / accounting experience would be an advantage.
Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
