Position: Graduate Sports Coach / PE Teacher
Location: Secondary School, Burnley
Start Date: 28th October 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:45
Pay Rate: £100 - £180 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Sports Coach or PE Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Burnley. This is a long-term role, offering a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for sports and physical education to gain valuable experience in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons across various year groups.
- Support students' physical development and well-being.
- Contribute to extra-curricular sports activities and events.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in sports coaching or PE teaching.
- Experience working with children, preferably in roles such as coach, tutor, teaching assistant, or cover supervisor.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A valid enhanced DBS certificate (we can assist with the application if required).
- Ability to provide references from previous work or recent studies.
