I am seeking a highly motivated Career Advisor (or aspiring advisor!) to join my lovely client on a permanent basis. You'll be offering expert advice and guidance to help students navigate their career paths effectively. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for assisting others in achieving their career goals. Please note, this role is HOME BASED but does require regular travel across SOUTH ESSEX.

Description
The Careers Advisor will:
- Provide tailored career advice to a diverse group of students across South Essex.
- Provide advice in both face-face and virtual settings.
- Facilitate workshops on various career-related topics.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Stay updated with current job market trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers.
- Perform administrative duties related to the role.
Profile
A successful Career Advisor should have:
- A passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- IAG Level 4 or above would be preferred, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has a strong desire to become a careers advisor!
- A driving license and access to own transport
You will need to pass an enhanced DBS and Social Media checks at point of offer.
