Construction Project Manager
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager in London to effectively deliver large-scale refurbishment projects
Hourly rate: £35.00 (umbrella)
Duration:3 months initially (works guaranteed for 2 years)
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
Location:London
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Taking responsibility for projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with budgets and timelines
- Providing management reports and forecasting expenditure
- Liaising with internal / external stakeholders as well as, various departments including clinical and finance
- Completing procurement exercises, raising Purchase Orders, processing Invoices and being accountable for reporting capital spend
- Providing technical advice to staff and attending design reviews
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experiencemanaging large scale construction projects at varying stages is essential
- Public Sector / Healthcare experience is ideal
