Role: Foundation Learning Lecturer

Rate of pay: £28 - £35 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Foundation Learning Lecturer on behalf of a further education college in Lancashire.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions to students on our foundation learning programs. You will support learners in developing essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to progress in their educational journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor students progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and attainment.
- Provide pastoral support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed).
- Experience in teaching foundation learning or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
There will be 24 teaching hours over 5 days.
