Finance Business Partner - Reading (Hybrid) - £65,000 to £75,000
We are delighted to be working in partnership with this PE backed, circa £300m turnover professional services company based in Reading.
You'll be working closely with the FD and regional Directors, ideally you will have a sold background in Management Accounts and possess the ability to translate finance to "non finance" employees across the business!
You will be exposed to a fast-paced, acquisitive and ever-changing environment, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Day to day....
- Provide financial guidance to the management team
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Full understanding of revenue recognition
- Analyse financial data to identify potential areas of improvement
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies
- Prepare financial reports for senior management
About you....
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified
- Operationally focused with excellent communication skills
- Experienced of working closely with senior management
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work to tight monthly deadlines and strict reporting deadlines
