Role: Corporate Solicitor
Experience: 2 years in Corporate (Paralegal onwards)
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £28,000 - £55,000
Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a long standing multi disciplinary client of ours in the Sutton Coldfield area in their search for another Corporate Law team member, who would ideally have 2 years of experience in corporate law as a fee earner.
Our client is a growing Corporate firm & team outside of the city centre, in the affluent area of Sutton Coldfield, which has the ability to offer high quality and varying matters to work on. You will be joining an established team with a caseload and great experienced support staff on hand, so it is essential that you would be able to come in and start handling your own files as soon as possible.
The role will see the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on:
- Joint Ventures.
- Succession Planning.
- Banking & Finance.
- Management buy-ins & buy-outs.
- Acquisitions & disposal or shares.
- Business structures.
