Compliance Manager
required at an exciting time for an established and highly successful Fresh Produce supplier.
Becoming part of a passionate and dedicated technical team, the position of Compliance Manager will work to ensure compliance across multiple packing facilities and manage onsite policies and procedures with food safety, quality and legality at the forefront.
Leading due diligence, onsite & 3rd party audit schedules meeting expected standards to include BRC and Red Tractor, and achieving compliance excellence across the business.
Requirements;
BRC, Red Tractor, HACCP knowledge
Leading site audits, policies & procedures confidently
Experience within the Fresh Produce / Chilled Food arenas
This opportunity will benefit from an individual who has been site based, having worked across technical and compliance, with a positive and thorough approach to meeting and maintaining food quality, safety and compliance standards.
Location: Kent, commutable from Kent and Essex
Salary: up to £35k dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
