Registered Home Manager
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £46,720 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Client:
Our client is a reputable home care services provider, dedicated to supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain independence.
The Role:
As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing care plans, overseeing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and promote health and safety.
- Facilitate effective partnership with stakeholders.
- Manage systems to improve service delivery.
- Maintain premises and ensure health and safety measures.
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
- Provide fire safety instruction to staff and residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager with Ofsted.
- Experience working in a residential childcare setting.
- Level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
- Valid UK driving licence.
