UX/UI DESIGNER
URGENT REQUIREMENT
Up to £ 45 ,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Professional Services company based in Central London as they seek a UX/UI Designer to join their Creative Division. The role has arisen due to exciting business growth, and you have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of people across the organisation and across their global client base. As a User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer you will have a great opportunity to work with some of the world's largest companies, helping them solve their biggest problems. You'll also have an award-winning Digital Creative Director to show you the ropes and take your skills to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor and lateral research to guide design decisions.
- Support on discovery and workshop sessions and preparing materials.
- Analyse and learn from data and user research to inform design choices.
- Create wireframes and sitemaps websites.
- Design UI interfaces, which push visual creativity and follow a best practice approach.
- Create and maintain basic design documentation, style guides and design systems.
- Create and curate content assets such as indicative icons, source photography, illustrations and implement brand graphics.
- Suggest and implement improvements to ongoing campaign projects.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, willing to learn and collaborate and be a source of energy.
- Supporting other designers and the wider team; you'll be able to take direction but also bring your own ideas to the table.
Requirements for the successful UX/UI Designer
- 1- 3 years agency experience
- A genuine passion for experience design and the impact it has on users.
- Working within a team and building a network with people and building their network, whether inside the firm or in the wider UX/UI community.
- New ideas and approaches to UX and UI
- A creative, strong portfolio showing how you supported research, idea development, execution and iteration.
- Excellent attention to detail, whether it's developing a wireframe, thinking through an information architecture problem, or designing an interface design toolkit.
- Experience using Figma and Jira (Required)
- Animation Skills or 3D Motion Packages (Desirable)
