Location: One Blackfriars SE1

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1700

Salary: £28,600 per annum

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury development looking down on the River Thames, consisting of 274 residential apartments. The site benefits from several amenities including a resident's spa, underground car park and 24-hour concierge service.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, repairing items, and assembling shelving units.
  • Passionate about creating a clean, positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
