This role is a catering managers role you will be leading a team of chefs and catering assistants. You will be responsible for running the day to day catering operations and services within the resaurants and site.
You will also be required to provide an optimal level of service to individuals and corporate clients requesting srervices. Alwyas making sure the site is meeting customer expectations and ensuring the site is organized and clean. You will be helping plan catering events, making sure everything is up to good standards on the days of events.
