This position is for a dedicated Receptionist ready to contribute positively to our professional services team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of the reception area.

Description

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, tidy and conducive for visitors
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Greet, assist and direct visitors, clients and the general public
  • Handle queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary electronically
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Support administrative and special project requirements
  • Maintain a professional image and demeanour at all times

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • A degree in a relevant field
