Your new company
A large multi-disciplinary consultancy working across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare and education. They have a team of over 60 multi-discipline engineers, surveyors and project managers which you will be a part of. Due to constant growth, they are now looking for a senior project manager/ building surveyor to come and join their team in Manchester.
Your new role
As the current projects include a lot of education and industrial sector projects, initially these are the projects you will be working on so any previous experience will be beneficial. You will be working in a team environment, looking after junior surveyors as well as developing new client relationships. This is a hands-on role where you will deliver and look after the full life cycle of projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualified and MRICS chartered project manager with previous experience in a management and client-facing role. This could be a great role for a senior project manager looking to take the next step in their career and manage junior project managers.
