We are seeking a dedicated Training & Development Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is crucial for overseeing the training and development requirements of our organisation, ensuring that all employees receive the mandatory training and support needed for their professional growth.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee the training and development requirements of the organisation, including mandatory training during probationary periods.
  • Develop individual training plans to aid employee development and support succession planning.
  • Monitor training requests and allocate training resources efficiently.
  • Report on the opportunities delivered, compliance with mandatory training, and support for aspirational training and development.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the Staff Development Programme based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Work within a small but busy HR team, contributing to the overall success of the organisation's HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating training and development within an HR setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
