Dynamics CRM/ 365 CE Business Analyst - Home Based
Job Description
I am actively seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE/Dynamics CRM for an exciting new role with a global service sector organisation. My client is in the process of centralising their CRM instances into Dynamics 365 CE and requires a BA to join the team to ensure successful project delivery, as well as providing assistance in concurrent integration projects.
This role is home-based, with on-site requirements in Greater London/other UK sites, depending on the project phase.
Role & Responsibilities
- Involvement in analysing requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional design documentation
- Testing new features, rolling out the install and config, and training new users
- Supporting my client's business processes and analysing ways of improvement
- Coordinating with stakeholders on project requirements/milestones
Skills & Qualifications
- A proven track record of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation skills
- Diverse modular exposure within CRM - ideally including Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service, or Marketing
- End-to-end functional implementation cycle skills, from analysis through to go-live
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal - solid stakeholder management ability
