Estimator (Building Fabrics) £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car + Progression + Training + Benefits West Mailling, Kent
Are you from a Building Fabrics or Roofing background with experience of pricing up jobs, looking for an off-the-tools role offering great progression opportunities for an exciting and rapidly growing SME?
In this role you will spend your time split between a West Malling based office and visiting sites out on the road. The jobs will typically have a value between £500 - £10,000 and it will be your responsibility to price the job effectively to give maximum value to the client.
Moving from strength to strength and winning major contracts with blue-chip clients, this company specialise in Building Maintenance of all kinds and have a number of skilled operatives covering London and the surrounding boroughs. Due to an influx of new business, they are on a recruiting drive to help meet demand.
This role would suit someone from a Building Fabrics or Roofing background or similar looking to take a step up into an off-the-tools role as an Estimator, with time split between an office and traveling to sites around the South East.
The Role:
- Costing and Estimating small works jobs
- Scheduled visits to different sites across London, Kent and the home counties
- 50/50 split between office and travel
