I am currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors on behalf of my client, a leading public sector organisation based in Sheffield (S1) with hybrid working available once fully trained.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with parking permits and free school meal enquires.
- Answering customer queries
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Respond appropriately to customer enquiries via a range of communication channels including face to face, telephone, post, and electronic communications
- Talking the customer through how to appeal parking enforcement notices
- Identify and resolve customer needs and supply a range of options to enquiries, including the provision of information or signposting as appropriate
- Maintain & update appropriate records.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have good customer service experience
- Be confident talking on the phone
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing
- The ability and willingness to work within a rota system to meet the needs of the service
Working hours are on a shift pattern 8 - 4pm or 10 - 6pm. Pay rate is £12.50 per hour.
