What will you be doing as Facilities Manager?
- Ensure effective and successful management of the development operations and staff
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to make sure the operations run smoothly
- Oversee contractors and lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and maintain work at the highest standard
- Overall budgetary responsibility
- Respond to any queries and complaints professionally
- Accountability for resident experience
What are we looking for in a Facilities Manager?
- Experienced Facilities Manager who has worked in residential or mixed use buildings.
- Has management and budgetary experience
- One who has great understanding of operations and facilities management
- Passionate about customer service
- Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude!
- Relevant Facilities Management/Health & Safety Qualifications
