Compass Associates are proud to be working with a provider of support services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Service based in West Sussex.
Overview
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to oversee the running of a newly renovated service due to open at the end of the year. The Registered Manager will be responsible for motivating a staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with Complex Needs ranging from, Severe Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
As the Registered Manager, you will also hold the CQC Registration for the Residential service, experience in achieving a successful and Good rated inspection is highly desirable.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of managing Residential Services
Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different need
Excellent knowledge of CQC
Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual
Good links with the Local Authority
NVQ Level 3 or 5
