Job description:
- To deliver, in conjunction with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist or Heads of Pharmacy, a clinical pharmacy service.
- To contribute to and provide multidisciplinary training in Pharmacy / Medicines Optimisation across the Trust.
- A car driver is essential for this role, as there may be some cross site working.
