Travel: Frequent travel to 12 UK sites, with occasional overnight stays

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're looking for a proactive and driven Junior HR Business Partner to support the Logistics division of a UK based automotive organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-site environment, providing generalist HR support and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and guide managers on HR policies and processes
  • Manage employee relations (ER) cases of varying complexity
  • Support the delivery of the People Plan and HR projects
  • Produce high-quality documentation for ER cases within service level agreements
  • Use HR data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Provide support during acquisitions and other HR-led projects
  • Deliver HR-related training to managers
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Promote health & safety practices across sites

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist in a multi-site role
  • Strong background in managing complex ER cases
  • Industry experience in Retail, Automotive, Logistics, or Manufacturing
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly across multiple locations
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
