Job Advert: Junior HR Business Partner - Logistics (FTC)
Location: Remote (UK-wide travel required)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required
Travel: Frequent travel to 12 UK sites, with occasional overnight stays
Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're looking for a proactive and driven Junior HR Business Partner to support the Logistics division of a UK based automotive organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-site environment, providing generalist HR support and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide managers on HR policies and processes
- Manage employee relations (ER) cases of varying complexity
- Support the delivery of the People Plan and HR projects
- Produce high-quality documentation for ER cases within service level agreements
- Use HR data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Provide support during acquisitions and other HR-led projects
- Deliver HR-related training to managers
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
- Support internal and external audits
- Promote health & safety practices across sites
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist in a multi-site role
- Strong background in managing complex ER cases
- Industry experience in Retail, Automotive, Logistics, or Manufacturing
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel and work flexibly across multiple locations
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
