Hays are currently recruiting for a respected construction company with a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects. Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Your new role
In this role, you will have full ownership of the management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. You will be responsible for weekly cash flow management and providing actionable financial insights to various teams. Your duties will also include maintaining the historical ledger and reconciling budgets to support accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate and liaise with senior stakeholders and internal divisions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be part qualified and have previous experience in a similar role. You must be available to start by the beginning of August. As a self-starter with strong communication skills, you will excel at paying attention to detail and working to tight deadlines.
