Your Role:

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers who contact the Customer Service Centre.
  • Gather required information through effective call control, questioning, and fact-finding, showing empathy and understanding to resolve or escalate, while accurately recording information in the appropriate IT systems.
  • Process contacts and signpost customers using available knowledge through service-specific IT systems and your training.
  • Offer courteous and fair treatment to all customers and identify and prioritise urgent contacts and respond promptly following the correct process for the service.
  • Embrace change and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
  • Achieve individual and team objectives and key performance indicators.

What You Bring:

  • No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
