  • Leading and managing the payroll team
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and issues
  • Maintaining payroll processing system and records
  • Preparing and submitting reports with payroll information to the supervisor
  • Complying with current regulations governing UK Payroll procedures
  • Training and supporting team members in their roles
  • Liaising with HR and other departments to ensure smooth operations
