Sales Consultant – Sheffield – £25,000 - £30,000
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a family run business who are actively seeking Sales Consultant to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who is pro-active, confident and enthusiastic. This role would suit someone with previous experience within a sales environment.
Package & Benefits:
- Starting salary of up to £30,000
- Monday – Friday 8:30am -5pm & Alternate Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Communicating with all new and regular customers via email and phone
- Support customers every step of the way from enquiry to after sales
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Understanding services to help customers understand which service they would benefit them the most
- Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer
- Selling the right package to the customer with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list
- Co-ordinating the booking in diary to keep everything running smoothly
- Working as part of a team
- Ensure deadlines are met
Required skills & experience:
- Fantastic communication and organisation skills
- Pro-active worker
- Ability to sell products and services
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy and sales reports
